I downloaded Spybot because everywhere I looked on the net it said it was one the best software to protect against spyware. Since then I've used it regularly to clean up my PC and stay protected. However, recently, not only have I had problems updating, I also realized that it keeps detecting the same spyware (mostly harmless threats on IE). I'm starting to think this program is just overhyped and is not as effective as it says.
